Growing up in Brazil, pão de queijo was a staple in my house at breakfast, lunch and after-school snack time. Now, I’m thrilled to share these mini Brazilian cheese bread sandwiches with you, blending my childhood favourites with fresh Australian ingredients.

One 450g pack of Cheesebuddy makes 15 mini sandwiches. Here are some of our favourite fillings for every taste and occasion.
